Otis Automotive

I am 65+ years old and for my age am fairly savy about social media. When giving reviews I seldom post unless the review is extremely poor or exceptionally good and in this instance it’s the latter. I have been a collector of mid 50s to late 60s American auto since the 70s. That being said I have over that span of 45+ years been continually looking for the Mechanic that has the expertise, knowledge, experience, attention to detail and integrity that Bruce at OTIS AUTOMOTIVE has. Sure, I’ve found some good auto shops over those years that incorporate much of these attributes but I can honestly say not to the extent that Bruce does. If this is the Auto shop and Mechanic you’re looking for, and why wouldn’t you, give Otis a call.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. We brought a car in and they were able to diagnose the actual problem and provide a much cheaper solution than we were expecting. Everyone was really nice and everything was explained thoroughly. Will definitely be returning next time I have car issues! Highly recommended.

Great find! I called several different repair shops before deciding on Otis Automotive in Fair Oaks village. They have 5 stars on google with 33 reviews and 72 recommendations on NextDoor! Turns out that's because they are fantastic! We've gone to numerous repair shops with mixed results, hence looking for a new one now. They provided the most knowledgeable assessment of what I needed for my car and at the lowest price. WIN WIN! I was impressed with how friendly they were when I dropped my car off today and with their communication (thank you, Christine!). They were super accommodating when I couldn't pick up my car before closing and then they charged less than they quoted. Who does that!? We've found our forever mechanic! Good thing because we have four cars and a truck!
